“The Legacy Series”
This year Chef Jonathan Benno and the team will welcome 4 guest chefs throughout 2019 to takeover the Benno kitchen for a series of special one-night-only dinners. Each participating chef has previously worked with Chef Benno at Per Se and/or Lincoln Ristorante, and have all gone on to a tremendous amount of success with their own restaurants—representing myriad styles of cuisines, in locations across the country and globe.

"Chef Benno was someone I gravitated to in the kitchen. He's an intense leader with razor sharp focus while still being human, and I honor his ability to bring out the best in all of cooks. I consider Chef Benno my mentor and I am proud to be back cooking next to him." -Edouardo Jordan
