Ashley grew up in upstate New York, learning to cook from her mother with fresh produce from their family garden. As a psychology major at Virginia Tech, Ashley ultimately realized she needed to fulfill her passion for the art of cookery. She attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where she studied Culinary Arts. During her time at CIA, she externed at Tom Collichio's Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton. She was a long-time team member and former Service Director at Michelin-starred Agern restaurant, where she fell in love with the front-of-house, seeing happy guests every day. Her tried-and-true approach to service is to help diners make amazing memories, and she's dedicated to always raising the bar for high-quality hospitality.
