Dining Room Manager
Julien's passion for the culinary world started with his mother, who was chef de partie at a Parisian restaurant. As a teenager, he worked summer jobs in restaurants. At 19, inspired by his former employer Vincent Boitier from L'Orange Bleue, he transferred from college to the Institute of Culinary Education. Julien has held previous positions at Patina Restaurant and under chef George Mendes. He joined the team at Leonelli Restaurant in 2018, and worked at Leonelli Bakery through the last year. Julien loves having the ability to give guests an unforgettable dining experience, and enjoys welcoming them back time and time again.
